Refund Policy

Digital Products
Digital downloads are generally delivered immediately. Because they cannot be physically returned, refunds may be limited once access has been provided. If you experience a technical problem, contact us and we will try to help.
Memberships
Memberships can usually be cancelled through the platform where you joined. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals but may not automatically refund the current billing period.
Duplicate Purchases or Technical Errors
If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, cannot access a file, or believe there was a processing error, contact us with your order details.
Platform Rules
If purchases are processed through Gumroad, Patreon, Substack, Stripe, Ko-fi, or another service, that platform’s refund and cancellation rules may also apply.
