# The Book of Scent — Data Room (Template)

This folder is a **starter data room** for a digital‑only IP business.

## What to keep here

- **Ledgers**
  - `ledgers/asset_ledger.csv` — everything you ship (episodes, cards, codex, lore, scents, flora)
  - `ledgers/rights_ledger.csv` — proof of rights ownership + vendor agreements
- **KPIs**
  - `kpi/kpi_monthly_template.csv` — the minimum numbers buyers expect
- **Analytics**
  - `analytics/events_spec.csv` — what events you track and where

## Rules (for sellability)

1. Every asset has an **ID**.
2. Every asset has a **canon status**: `CONFIRMED / RUMOR / UNCONFIRMED`.
3. Rights are **provable** (contract / invoice / email confirmation).
4. KPIs are updated monthly.
